The first red flag is they are selling “dumps with pins”…the second red flag is previous customers had negative feedback. XSS should make a rule that you cannot sell anything without using their escrow system then they should should display the data from the escrow accounts to its users in the form of a feedback display meter..like for example if you forced everyone to use the escrow system you could post a counter to display how many people actually bought the product or services ..you also would have the ability to display feedback metrics in the form of a graph instead of allowing vendors to sell anything and basically make up anything they want to in regards to the quality of the products and services that they are selling. There is no checks an balances on the website which encourages users to feel insecure about the buying process.
