[Help] Spreading idea.

Hello XSS members,
I am new to this forum, and i must say, i am glad that i registerd here.
I see a lot of talented and skilled coders/hackers.

I need some help with an idea of spreading my RAT.
Since it is very difficult, to spread my virus by email, i have thought, maybe there are other ways:

I want to spread my virus by USB.
(i put my virus on this usb stick and send it to my victim/ Company)

Inside this usb, my virus will be something like a jpg. when the victim clicks on the jpg, he/she got infected.
the victim will only see a Jpg file and the virus is hidden.

Is here any way to achieve this?
Does any1 have an idea how to process this idea?

Rtlo spoofing or exploit. The first one is more realistic if you don't want to spend money.

exe spoofing will not work i think, cos on victim pc, he will see the original exe file as extension
it is better to use an exploit for this i think
im searching the net, but cant find any good exploit
