I really don't understand why people uses telegram to get logs from malware, it's dangerous because a phone number is associated to a telegram account and if you don't own the number you don't have the full control over the account. With a phone number is not easy (near impossible) to be anonymous. I think ftp and email methods are good choices because they can be easily created and used with tor, the only problem is that you have to hardcode your credentials inside the executable. One of the best methods could be an hidden service on tor but it's uncomfortable to maintain, I'd prefer to comunicate to a clearweb service using tor, in order to send logs.
