No such thing as "bulletproof" these days, what you can do now is get any virtual server from any hosting provider, get domain name and use fastflux service with it to hide origin server.
You can lookup any old domain via expireddomains.net and choose the one that you like, as for this:

just get SSL from Let'sEncrypt and install it on your webserver, it's free, moreover some fastflux providers offer ssl certificates aswell, included with their plans.
