Интересный арбитраж. Несколько лет назад на экспе рассматривали аналогичный спор, тоже с участнием benbin77.

По сути:
1. Продавец честно написал в теме, что продает только лишь траффик без гарантий пробива, получения логов и так далее. Покупая трафик, вы соглашаетесь с рисками и с тем, что можете получить пустое место. Это честно черным по белому написано в теме.
2. Продавец честно предлагал долить траф, в качестве компенсации.
3. В теме четко написано, что манибек делается только лишь в одном случае, если benbin77 не пустил трафик.
Итого - benbin77 предъявить нечего. Все честно и чисто. Он выполнил свои обязательства и даже предлагал долить сверх оплаченного. Какие к нему могут быть претензии?
В блеке и статусе отказано.

Однако, читая похожую тему уже второй раз, меня не покидает чувство, знаете, старого доброго МММ. Когда всех предупреждали, все всё знали, добровольно соглашалась на правила, но все равно кушали кактус. И потом, конечно же, были недовольны. Пройти мимо, просто закрыв глаза, я не могу. Сервис benbin77 закрываем на депозит 1.5k$. Это будет гарантией для будущих клиентов.
