file is available on the same link , i just checked , it allows 1 download per hour on a single ip , so if you have tried to download and failed you have to wait 1 hour to acess the file again , use vpn to change ip and please try again , i tried to upload it on anonfile , but it takes a lot of time on that site , mega requiers tranfer quota , ill try to upload on anonfiles again ..
