Need Working VCC providers Virtual card to link paypal

Privet Everyone! i want to verify my paypal account with card, can anyone suggest me way to get virtual credit card? I want to use vcc for alibaba and other sites too ?)

Hi, I know that thread is old and maybe you already found em. But for anyone else having this same question:

Just search on ebay "paypal vcc" , even the cheapest one for $3 works.
