ппц сколько народу нажиться решило гуглите ирансике, ливийские, при желании хоть афганский, столько будет стоит ( 20$ ) ваш впс, фаст по 600-800$ прочитал, это сервер в дата центре стоить будет,если бот стучит на несколько админок то можно один поднять в торе остальные через проксю стучат в тор.Если в боте реализовать что каждый день на новый домен стучит то можно фаст сделать за 30$ в месяц так как домен можно купить за 1$.
