What you mean by porting attack alike SS7?

it is not possible if u are not working inside mobile operator.
You need Ki and IMSI codes which are available only inside if the network and can not be extracted from the air or sim card manually (there was an issue to extract ki and imsi ftom sim, but it was supported by old sim card (early 2000 years), modern sim are not supported)

You can solve the situation with a little social engineering. After learning the dealership Öperator go to the dealership can change personally I do this in Turkey.But if you say No, I can clone and trade the SIM card for you.
