Как узнать создателя анонимного канала в telegram

  • Join channel to see related 'Discussion' group. Check out the admin.
  • Look at the channel description to find out if there's more info
• Posts inside the channel:
  • Check out pictures posted in the channel. What information can you gather from them? (timezone, location, unique props)
  • Do links posted in the channel have a referral parameter?
• Search inside Telegram:
  • Search for groups related to the channels.
  • Search for the channel name in Telegram DBs
    • https://bit.ly/Telegago
    • https://search.buzz.im/
    • https://lyzem.com/
• Search outside Telegram:
  • Search social media for mentions of "t.me/ChannelName" or "telegram.me/ChannelName"
    Get the earliest mentions and judge whether they were posted by the channel admin or not.

К предыдущему оратору добавлю:
На моем опыте один раз помогли кэшированные страницы гугла, а именно сайта hottg.com (некий агрегатор телеграм каналов)
Попробуй дорк site:hottg.com "@ник_канала"
И посмотри все варианты закэшированной страницы. Если автор при создании не скрыл channel owner, то можно там обнаружить.

написать админу и сказать, что хотите разместить рекламу. вступить в переписку, в итоге узнать контакты и куда платить. далее пробивать по этим данным

Если админ позаботился о собственной безопасности и поимает что его могут проверить при продаже рекламы по реквизитам, использует дроп данные.
