This guy scammed me $ 100, and removed the chat history after I told his bases are used already,
I forwarded his messages before he deleted them. So I have a proof that he is noob scammer (not even a good one)

Чувак обратился ко мне с просьбой продать базы/
Я ему их продал за 100 баксов. Базы были спизжены с игровых серверов майнкрафт и тд.
Чел их прочекал и решил что раз там мало акков PSN то это скам :))))
Обалденная логика. Хотя я там и WoT вытащил.
 
As you can see on chat, he told me the base is PRIVATE and UNTOUCHED for my target.
Also in the chat, I sent him screenshots that there is no hit from my target on his base, which meant it's used before me and he lied about the quality. He said 250k private, but instead, he just threw me 1kk public.

Зачем мне копить чаты? Я товар продал - чат удалил. С тех баз что я спер с серваков я например вытащил очень много акков ( после твоей притензии) world of tanks и fortnite. Если там было мало PSN это не моя вина. Я об этом сразу сказал. Ты хотел игровую базу - ты ее получил.

I can see in chat what you mentioned what PSN accounts should be untouched.
He never mentioned what you was unhappy about used PSNs in logs, he said what you was pissed off because amount of PSN accounts doesnt meet your expectations and that is something never being discussed in your screenshots.

Anyway, you guys somehow had conversation in private. Do it here now. Coz' its funny watching how you both used English and now you using 2 different languages. :)
 
Для справедливого и адекватного решения мне нужны логи. Чтобы избежать таких ситуаций, перестаньте уже наконец пользоваться телеграмом, используйте jabber. Это более безопасно. Без полных логов сложно что-либо сказать. Иногда даже 2-3 слова в изначальной договоренности могут решить судьбу блека.
По имеющейся информации, могу сказать, что покупатель покупал базу, не аккаунты, даже не логи, а именно базу. Покупая БД, принимаете эти риски, валида и всего прочего. Но было условие - база нетронута и чистая. Как мы видим на скрине выше, в базе присутствует большое количество паблик строк, такого быть с девственной базой не может.
Поэтому мое решение - продавец Nordman делает 50% манибек - 50$.
Повторюсь, решение взвешенное и компромиссное, из-за отсутствия логов.


For full and normal decision I need logs. To avoid such situation, don't user telegram, use jabber. It's more secure. Without full logs it's hard to say anything. Because even 2-3 words in the agreement can decide the fate of arbitrage.
Based on available information I can say, that buyer buyed DB, not accounts, not even logs. When you're buying DB, you are taking risks on yourself. But it was a condition - untouched. As we can see on screen below, it's not private due to high level of public strings.
So my decision - seller Nordman do 50% moneyback - $50.
But, I should repeat, this decision is based on logs, that I can see above. It's very bad, that you're using unsecure telegram for conversations.
