Best way to spam individuals in 2020

Hello ,
I've stopped spamming since 2 years , now i tried to get back in business i find that all the old ways are pretty much dead . I tried many SMTPS / Webmails /Office365 but with no luck , i'm just trying to spam a specific niche with only 10K to 20K blasts per send but to no avail , can someone please be kind and share what are the methods that are working in 2020 ,
I heard about services like Sendinblue , sendgrid , mailjet etc but are they really worth it ?
