Hello I'm actually searching for new EU countries to live spam to get credit card + bypass 3Dsecure SMS

France is mostly 3dsecure with SMS for credit cards

I would like to know if Austria/Germany and countries like Finland/Sweden/Norway are mostly SMS too ?

As I now, the answer for you ? in common is "yes", have some different details from bank to bank. Find some one from this continues and you will get all info you need it.
