Many do not even know what pharming is because it is an ancient technique with which we performed "advanced" phishing. Very simple but effective in those years. It consists of modifying the host file to link domains with our IP where we hosted our scampage.

vOlk it is the most famous of the pharming botnet of those years.
It sounds like a laugh but this simple botnet was a fantastic and effective tool to attack banks. Usually spread by spam email
