УБЕДИТЕЛЬНАЯ ПРОСЬБА К ТЕМ КТО НЕ ИСПОЛЬЗУЕТ ВОЗВРАТЫ!!! Начните, ну пожалуйста.
Зачастую очень забавно, смотреть на статистику некоторых пользователей Маркетплейса. Допустим 129 покупок и оформлено - 0 возвратов. Ну это ведь невозможно! В истории и 2022 и 2020 года, купленные вчерашним днём. Всё Валид? В основном от незнания, но чаще из-за лени, реже от толстого кошелька (это о приват запросах, кто может взять 10 логов, 1 Валид попался и увеличивают вложения х100-1000).
А дел то с возвратом своих средств за невалидный купленный запрос? Там, как 2 пальца обоссать! Ну серьезно!? Таким образом может и негатив сформироваться. Депозит сделал 300 долларов, совершил допустим 30 покупок, РАЗОМ, оптом, (а площадка, к слову РОЗНИЧНАЯ) и пришёл к выводу: ага продавцы говно мат говно Валид там ~20% ушел....тока не с площадки вероятно, а тему менять).
Хацкеры такого типа, теряют свое время и деньги. И что хуже все - делают остальным людям, кто пользуется площадкой гадость. Ведь рейтинг у продавца только в верх идёт, что согласитесь, не правильно. Мы вернем отображение рейтинга, точнее разработаем и добавим - как было ранее, на площадке v1.0.
Стандартное время на проверку и автоматический возврат, купленного запроса - 15 минут. Этого достаточно, чтобы:
А) Настроить систему.
Б) Проверить Валид.
В) Оформить возврат.
По истечению этого времени возврат невозможен! И функция более недоступна. Возможность "возврата" буквально исчезает.
Только при нажатии на ref, лог и купленный запрос становятся видны и доступны для скачивания/проверки агентам тех. поддержки.
Купил БА, пасс не подошел, перебрал от основных кантор, увы не Валид - нажал ref. Всё просто и легко! Каждый раз удивляемся, когда пользователи проекта (и даже старички с 2020) слышат это. Так было с момента запуска площадки.
У некоторых пользователей, при возврате невалидного запроса, выскакивает - error 500. Что не позволяет оформить возврат. Мы ищем причину этого бага.
Следует написать сообщение в службу поддержки на примере:
Error 500 ID покупки 798939 не Валид купленный запрос/ отсутствие пароля купленного запроса/иная причина. Screenshot.
p.s. Пользоваться возвратами нужно! Как для своего кармана, так и для других!
Как покупателей, так и продавцов. Селлер видит - с последнего пролива возвратов много летит. АГА! Где-то что-то не так) Чем, не стимул улучшить качество материала?
Но и злоупотреблять кнопкой возврата тоже не стоит. Немного французского, пизд****ов видно за версту. На опыте агенты тех. поддержки) за 3.5 года. Там и бан с балансом перманент прилететь может в лёгкую. А не именно от определенного продавца!)
