Im looking for a guy, who can help me with Sqlmap/Sqlidumper. I had to use it before 3/4 years, but i forgot the things.

How are the things with Sqlmap, is it better option at all other sqli scanners? Is it worth use it for fresh leads and mail:pass combos etc?

SQLMap is by far the best choice. But of course only if you are able to use it wisely. Also there is nothing wrong with using different tools. Nowaday it's not only GET and POST. SQLi Dumper btw only can find GET. That's all. For that reason it is recommended to use some tools for scanning. Acunetix,Netsparker or Burp (experienced users) Learn about Cookie Injection, Header and User Agent Injection.
