Live spam for AUSTRIA/GERMANY credit cards

Hello,

I use 3dsecure credit cards with live spam, so i search to target countries with the majority of credit cards are with a SMS security, and also with good balances. France is like this, I heard austria and germany are like that too. Is that true, and are the online payments limits high ?

yes bro, u can find some banks with other methods but u will absolutely find more than 50% of the banks with sms verification, germany and spain and also italie are good targets bro
