If you know of any other rat for windows with the function of injection please could post it.

Editing hosts file is bad idea. Are you sure you need fake DNS? may be you need web fakes?

As i understand you are need "web injects", injects code in to traffic pages. Technically search in pages by the mask and replace by the inject stuff.

And you are need "web fakes". Technically if browser going to _ttps://bank.com/some.php we are replace this request content attained from the _ttps://bank.com/some.php by the fake content attained from our request to _ttps://fake-bank.com/some.php.

Web fakes not doing by the fake DNS, or hosts file manipulations. hosts file manipulations most bad idea of all you can see, its looks like - scream I'm rat, I'm here! Fake DNS bad idea too, of course if your target not browsers only.

friend fake dns only redirects the bank's client to the web fake with the same original bank domain.

DNS fake

example :
without infecting:
the real url of the bank: _ttps: //banco.com original page of the bank

infected and with active fake dns:
the real url of the bank: _ttps: //banco.com redirects to the scam mounted on some vps

COMMAND:
192.168.1.1 www.banco.com
192.168.1.1 banco.com

fake dns redirects to the client browser without editing the host file and is less detected by editing the host file with pharming

друг подделка днс только перенаправляет клиента банка на веб подделку с тем же оригинальным банковским доменом.

DNS подделка

пример:
без заражения:
реальный адрес банка: _ttps: //banco.com оригинальная страница банка

инфицированные и с активными поддельными днс:
реальный адрес банка: _ttps: //banco.com перенаправляет на мошенничество, установленное на некоторых vps.

COMMAND:
192.168.1.1 www.bancoX.com
192.168.1.1 bancoX.com.

fake dns перенаправляет в браузер клиента без редактирования файла хоста и меньше обнаруживается при редактировании файла хоста с помощью фарминга

If you need fake DNS for the browser deception, you are not need fake DNS, you are truly need push client on your resource, that looks like the genuine bank resource. It not must be realized by the fake DNS, it can be realize by the another way. But it true only for the browsers.
Just take a look when it design by the fake DNS
ping www.bancoX.com and you see fake ip - 192.168.1.1
when you use web fake technique
ping www.bancoX.com and you see real bank ip - xx.xx.xx.xx
but if you open it on the browser, truly opened fake bank but ip looks like of real bank.
Fell my eng as bad as your russian...looks like intricate collection of words.
