Very good bot but author hardly answers questions or provide support in PM, sometimes you get reply in about 2-4 days. You will be left hanging in the cold. Very annoying support from him but good bot. My active shots is not working yet

I just bought the bot yesterday. It took me about a week before I got a hold of anubi . We had completely different time zones so it is understandable. We finally touched basis and he answered all my questions. He gave me sample panel and test bot to test a few features. I was pleased by the product and wanted to purchase. Guarantor wasn't online to help us with the deal so I decided to not use one. He set up panel first and gave me test bot again to test connection to my personal panel. I was content with the set up of panel and went ahead and paid with NO GUARANTOR. Anubi gave me the final product and all the tools and documents as promised. ALL FEATURES LISTED IS VERY GOOD.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: 4/5
USABILITY: 4/5 (I had trouble using hvnc but I got it going.)
FEATURES: 5/5 (All features work as promised)
PANEL: 5/5 (Very straight forward and easy to use.)
DOCUMENTATION: 5/5 (Everything is written clearly and understandable)

Overall: 4.5/5
Don't hesitate to grab the bot. Lifetime for 3k is a deal for a bank bot. Not much bank bot is out there today. Thanks anubi for a smooth deal and good product.

- product is as described, does what it says it does, the best used by me so far;
- reliable for long term use, updates are constant;
Communication with the anubi is very good, helps with questions, always online and uses OTR.
