SmokeBuilder.exe is the builder which generates a Loader.exe with the url of the panel you entered. This Loader.exe can be used with the original seller builder included in the archive (Builder.exe).

Now, the builder supports setting a custom "fallback" url if the main domain is down (as requested in this thread), and the size limit for urls is upped to 50 chars.
