This has been seen before and its main purpose is to add junk bytes onto the eXe which can throw off some AV's. This is mainly used for the purpose of UD'ing your servers and trojans. Not only will this add bytes but sometimes changes around MD5 and CRC checksums which can also help throw off AV companies. This solo will unlikely make your server 100 UD, but with the help of another packer or crypter it is possible. It is worth a try.
