So I could not find a better place to ask this question but as it is related to leaks i think it is appropriate to ask it here. So, basically, say if i have some hacked government confidential (or above that, higher clearance) files of multiple countries. How do I find legitimate serious clients for it fast I am very curios on the networking and advertising/marketing of such products. As, I am aware that other governments which may or may not be depending on the situation, rivals or not, of particular states and would love to buy some information of that other state. The thing is I have a lot of freshly hacked files, a lot, like seriously of A LOT of countries and types. So it would be helpful if someone could tell me how this specific market works, the networking, the client building and finding real serious ones too,
