You can buy them, find someone to create and verify them for you, or buy an eSIM with US internet and a driver's license with a selfie and create them yourself. I won't go into details here.
The first step: It involves finding the correct SSN of the live CC and the date of birth
Second step: It involves finding the phone number associated with the account. I like Wells Fargo for this step, since on their website you just select "recover username or password" and follow the steps. If your information is valid, it will give you the last 4 digits of the phone number or the numbers associated with the account.
Third step:
You need to set up the valid number as your Caller ID in your spoofer and make the call. In the case of Wells Fargo, the number is +18777272932.
When you call, if your Caller ID is valid and your spoofer is working correctly, it will immediately recognize the number.
It will ask for the last four digits of your SSN.
When it asks you to say, "My voice is my password," etc.,
just don't say anything. It should ask you to select a digit; just press 1.
You will then know your balance on the card.

Now for the good part, let's go to your Coinbase account.
The most important thing here is the debit card purchase limit available in your Coinbase account and the available balance on your debit card.
Go to "Buy" and simply choose the coin you like best. If you value your security, you already know which coin to buy.
If your limit is 7k and your card has a balance of 8k or more,
then go for 6,800, select "Debit Card" as your payment method, and click "Buy." It should ask you to add the card.
Don't change the name; just add the card and address and continue with the steps.
Fifth step: At this point, you should have already requested the micro-deposits to verify your card. Just call again, and when they tell you the balance, ask to listen to the transactions.
