How do hackers modify google forms to make it look like a genuine (phishing) letter from google.com domain?
Any tutorial would be appreciated.

Simple you make the google form how you want the email to look (limited) and then you can just setup form copy emails and then have a box to enter their email and submit it. Then you get emails like the one below:

There are also spoofers that replace the recipient's name with the one you want.
