You can setup your merchant account and allow 2D payments for your site. On that way you can cashout ccs easy.

You can setup merchant or business on either or even shopify.. there's lots of guides you can find on such..
Usually you will need Fullz including: SSN-DOB. You'll also need to open a bank with said fullz and need someone to create documents to open an account in their name to cash out from the payment processor..
Then you can also use said fullz to create an crypto exchange acc (with fake docs you've already bought for the BA) or whatever your mind can think of once it lands in the BA.. your mind is the only limit..

Dude these people are saying random Shit to you and your like okay and then what and then what and then what and then What. Go ahead and get stripe and try to cashout your going to get banned from stripe and your account locked and reversed funds before you even get a dollar. Oh yeah make a merchant account because there all going to accept you there going to lock your account if you ever even get one opened in the first place.
You want to cash out cc's then there is a lot more than just grabbing a CVV and cashing out the first thing is do you know the Available credit line on the card do you know spending habits?? do you have SSN or Full information to verify the card information? These things are very important next thing if your even going to try on stripe you are going to want to make sure that you have good transactions first your first two to three transactions by stripe are delayed to verify they are valid doesn't matter amount but it does matter no charge back meaning Fraud. Next thing is Using Cards that say Valid but are locked limited or reported already so if you take a card lets say it says valid on an online checker you try it for 50$ and it goes through then your like oh yeah ill do it for 300$ now that may get denied because of multiple transactions to the same Merchant account also that will put a warning flag on your account with stripe three declines stripe will but a Red Flag and then require paper work of shipments and other documents required they will also hold all deposits from that point on to your account. High Risk Merchants that you need a Business for and bank statements they are easier but still hard to gain approval in the first place... I wasted a lot of time for you when you could have got this by just reading other post and learning for yourself but your welcome.

Old method just go purchase office furniture or coffee makers in bulk make a warehouse and sell them on the net!
