iOS environment isnt like android you cant install an app from unknown sources (anything outside app store)
actually you can but your device needs to be rooted (on ios its called jailbreak) and jailbreak percentage on ios market is around 2% which wont be worth dealing with

Actually i have lots of users who can install the app via third party methods , i can just inject virus in my app and distribute easily
Some iOS apps can only read SMS and photo permissions, and you cannot get remote access
Every IOS app ask for permission to do specific actions related to your day to day data
