REVIEW:

I needed him to help me set up a basic mailer for a small project, not even 200 emails sent out of the smtp. I paid him $50 for a Biglobe SMTP, it worked as test letters would not reach spam HOWEVER, I also paid him $40 for a redirect and a bit of help with the letter.

He completely butched the redirect domain, it even led to a wrong domain, letter was hitting SPAM because he used an .svg from wikipedia. When we showed him that everything was wrong, he did not even bother to read our messages, he IGNORED and REFUSED to refund for services that DID NOT WORK.

RECOMMENDATION

There are many other sellers in the platform, look for someone else, PydroidCH's customer service was non existent and he just refused to even read my claims (48 HOURS). I gave him plenty of time and asked him to fix the service he provided and this lazy guy just refused to even read my messages.

EDIT: He read my messages (pretty fast) after I made this review and refunded me.
