Whats hitting in coinbase/robinhood

Hello forum members, I have two questions:
1.I am a vendor dealing with USA verified accounts(verified by real people). and so, some guys have recently been buying robinhood and Coinbase accounts with good limits at unreasonably high prices or offering to offer me a %. Does any one have information how they are loading or monetizing them,
2. mostly Chinese guys are buying accounts like TikTok seller, amazon seller and Etsy seller accounts all (USA) . I am looking to gather information How they monetize these accounts.. I am also open for partnership . Thank you all

there are bank cards used for money laundering and the limit of this cards starting from 50k and more they use it to buy coins , that's what i meet personally and i still have cards for it but didn't have chance to get accounts with this limits so didn't test it

i think they do same on other platforms also like tiktok and amazon etc.. maybe i am wrong
