3. Requested a payment of $3500, after conversation we agreed a payment will be made of $500 as deposit and percentage business following
4. After taking the payment user ran some 'tests' on api and realised it was invalid and non operational.
5. When question why these 'tests' were not ran before the advertisement user got defensive and started ignoring conversation in telegram.
6. Behaviour like this should result in a ban as he will likely do it to others

The accuser only paid $500 stating as a "security deposit" from the requested $3500 asking price, I have sent him the api witch still works and 9400 subscibers exists and can be extracted from it ~ only the send function got limited, and he is complaining?
He offered 50/50 , otherwise I would never accept only $500, witch he started shouting and bragging about when I have mentioned I will personally pay for spam services to spam these emails even tough it was not in my responsability to do so. I will not refund the $500, i sent him the api + the vulnerability of the website witch is usable and expensive information, not 500 worth.

Firstly the defendant admits that he has taken a payment of $500, the API was not 'limited' it simply did not do as advertised which was to distribute mail. I did not open a complaint when the API failed. The defendant claimed he would pay for alternative method and resolve the problem then promptly began to ignore any further conversation, as seen by the screenshots. If the API had been sent along with the 9400 subscribers so that we could have continued the venture there would be no reason to open this case. The point is the defendant ignored all communication and proceeded to block me when questioned. Either the defendant keeps his integrity and returns the deposit or ban him and admin should keep his deposit of 5Litecoin

В целом, товар то передан. А оплачена была не полная, а частичная стоимость (500/3500). Поэтому я не вижу оснований дальше разбираться в ситуации. Сделка прошла неудачно, но факта кидка нет. Закрыто.
