Can someone send whatsapp message to a specific number?

I can't send from my number. So i just want to know if someone here can help by sending 3-4 SMS to a specific whatsapp number .

There are a lot of ppl who rent whatsapp accounts for like 30 bucks an hour, but there are dumb scholars who don't understand for what purpose their account will be used and give it to you for like 5-10 bucks. You can find them easily in Telegram public groups.

You just need memu android emulator, install whatsapp from aurora store (its an anonymous playstore), rent a virtual number for just 2-3 usd and register a new whatsapp account with the number, you will need a clean ip adress from the same country of the whatsapp account registration country, when you sent the messages delete all.
