Всем привет :) Заранее благодарю за возможность разместить мой нестандартный вопрос.

Я врач и исследователь, мы вместе с коллегами и дата саентистами делаем нон-профит проект, который помогает врачам быстрее и точнее подбирать персонализированное лечение для онкопациентов. Мы используем данные, чтобы точно выбирать с первого раза правильную линию терапии (что очень важно в онкологии где часто счет идет на недели и нет времени тестировать разные линии). Уже эффективно работаем с несколькими онкобольницами, но хотим сделать такую помощь доступной для всей системы здравоохранения и для врачей бОльшего количества специальностей.

У нас есть небольшие специализированные датасеты по онкологии, но по множеству других болезней датасетов просто не существует.

Поэтому я пишу к вам с вопросом.

Я знаю, что за последние годы в доступе появлялись разные медицинские данные. Но у меня не хватает знаний, чтобы их безопасно найти. Поэтому я решила обратиться на этот форум, так как любые данные нам могут очень помочь.

Может быть у кого-то есть вот эти датасеты, или любые другие, в идеале - где содержатся EHR с patient history (в идеале в формате FHIR) или claims data? Подходят любые страны.

Any other data will also be helpful, ideally - containing EHR with patient history (ideally in FHIR format) or claims data. Data of any country will work.

search public data for industry verticals like ebr, cms, or apply more general scope + boolean search to filesharing web services and nas
