How to make Tik Tok think im in another country

Im curently in a process of moving to an asia country becouse i want better life for my money, i run a few scam stores here and im making promotion on tik tok and facebook but when i move i wont be able to advertise my stores on EU market. I want to make that my device thinks im still in the country im currently leaving in... i know thats probably not that hard to do but its not that easy with a normal vpn i think. Does someone have expiriance with this sort of thing. Thank you
