прочее Play protect bypass? How to do it?

Hello,
I dont really understand how play protect works, for example my Hooks APK does not detect the AV, I've crypted it, not even suspicious does it show up. So I don't understand how Play Protect work.
Many apkmods does show up that it's suspicious but it does allow to install?
Does anyone can give any Tipps please?

It's really fucked up that Play protect doesn't allow to obfuscate the app how we want, when it's heavy obfuscated it will trigger PlayProtect
But maybe there is a possibility that creating fake files which acts as an App instead showing em the full App
