How do people do cash out Loans with CPN / Fullz / Credit Score

I often see a lot of people cashing out like $10-20k with CPN / Fullz / Credit score, however I don't know how they do it. If anyone would be so kind as to explain how it is done, as well as what banks / what they apply to? It would be absolutely amazing.

CPN's are long term investments. 10-20k for a CPN is really a waste of time in this game.

You need patience, knowledge of the credit/banking system and connections. Credit score does not matter nearly as much as the longevity of your credit history. If you do it properly, you should end up with credit cards of 20k+ , LOC's, cars, gold. The more connections you have, the more money you will end up making. If you want real money, you need at least 4 years and if you know what you are doing you can easily have 100k just in credit cards and lines of credit.
