there is a trick for tiktok, to add the number to your contacts list and allow tiktok to search for accounts based on your phone contacts. try if works for Instagram too (but I don´t think so...)

The best way to search for social networks and other services is to add a phone number to your contacts. Telegram parsing also works when the url has been modified to parse ID+number, etc., but most likely this method may not exist specifically on Instagram right now. You can try number transformation in Maltego, maybe it will give you some linked services.
