I am a manager of a five-star hotel
This hotel has an annual income of about 3 million US dollars, and most of the guests staying are high-end guests.

I can enter any room, set up network, monitoring and other permissions
I want to make money from these guests, do you have any good suggestions?

For example, can I control the other party's mobile phone? When the guest is out, I use his computer? I want to know if there is any way I can make money from them

To be clear with you, it depends on the country you are in. Copying a SIM as a service is way not cheap in the UK, for example, but quite easy to do in Eastern Europe, for example. So it all depends.
If you want to do it by yourself, I have a lot of doubts that you are skillful enough, but you can check out some methods described public. Although, you would need somehow to connect it to cellular data flow and stuff. Personally, it think digging up info and making a way with SIMs is not the route you need.
