3. We have considered to create a deal via escrow and currently the deal is active, but with provided "quality" I would like to receive my funds back.
Forex DB that I have been searching for has to be active, fresh, traded before or recovery with certain cafeterias criterias (the same the seller states in our dialogue).

Next step was the deal terms: I should have received the DB with described amount of leads within 3-4 hours, but received it later on next day. That ain't an issue really, but why would you state and approve such terms in the deal then. Alright, base has been received via forum PM as a Google Sheets link. According to escrow terms, if the base is fine and would have some response rate - I would release funds on Monday 12.23.24. During Monday call session I have pointed out that the base is bad quality due to many numbers invalid, offline, not responsive, irrelevant(leads are not Forex traded before or recovery as stated, some are not phone owners). Yesterday I have informed that the DB isn't good at all.

We decided that it might be fine, it's pre-Christmas and many might be not keen on having their cells online or to respond, so we tried out messaging via What'sApp(as the seller states, VoIP / WA would be the best options of contact), but unfortunately most of the users don't even have WA registered. Also many contacts are just autoregs for socials and messengers, according to phone number low-level OSINT.(if check some of the numbers, it's clearly seen that most aren't real and live users)

I would kindly ask to cancel the opened escrow deal and apply sanctions according to forum rules to this user due to the base being total shit even for this amount.

Firstly, he called the leads before Christmas, during which time almost everyone was on holiday. Secondly, he contacted the leads via WhatsApp. However, there is no requirement in the deal to provide active WhatsApp leads. According to the forum rules, I provided him with the leads that he mentioned in the deal. He did not specify any measurable targets, such as a response rate of 50% or a conversation rate of 10%. There is no clause in the deal outlining such requirements.

Therefore, it's unclear how he is measuring the quality of the leads. In the lead market, not all customers may be highly potential, but there should still be some relevant customers, right? I provided him the leads which directly generated by advertising and all customers phone numbers and emails to contact directly and offer the campaigns.
Since the deal did not specify a success rate, Whatsapp connected numbers, Replacement clause so he cannot request a cancellation or dispute. Because he already get the 500 leads.

However, I understand his concerns, and as a gesture of goodwill, I am willing to provide an additional 500 leads to ensure his satisfaction. Given that he has already received the initial 500 leads, I kindly request that he releases the funds as per the agreement, so we can proceed with the additional leads.

I am committed to resolving this matter fairly and would appreciate his cooperation in releasing the funds first, as per the terms of our deal.

This is then called misrepresentation, my friend. You are giving a heads up in the dialogue, saying that VoIP or WA is the best way to contact those "active" leads, although you don't provide "active WhatsApp leads". Isn't it odd? Am I missing something? Ain't those leads suppose to be so? Or due to, as you expressed "test base provided" those leads are low quality on purpose?

I am not seeking for a goodwill gesture to be honest as I already understood the quality of the product. It doesn't fit what you described and definitely doesn't fit what I asked for. Those are not: a) Recovery leads as stated. It's a fact due to many people have no clue about trading processes. b) Active WA leads. This can be seen from the proofs above. c) Leads. Inactivity of the numbers and unresponsiveness is a bit different thing.

FYI: Also, as a matter of fact, 23d and 24th are working days and ain't public holidays in the UK, neither Australia. 25th is Christmas Day and 26th is the Boxing Day.

What you state in messages describing your product is opposite to what you provide. You are opposite to your own description. For sure, it is up to admin to decide.

Dear Brother, Its not the oposite. If you asked earlier that you required whatsapp active numbers then I could provide whatsapp activated number by filtering through whatsapp checker. You asked for 500 leads only and during christmas holiday you tried those leads so you might get low responses. However, In the above message I explained everything. I heared you before. This is an absolute stupidity you are talking about. I am a seller of my own services and products too, so let's put it another way. You come over and say that you need a Forex phone number validity checker. I would say something like "Yeah, mate, no probs, the checker would work with phone numbers of Australia and UK". You pay me for that and you get a checker that works only with UK, but not Australian numbers. What would you do? You'd want your money back, 'cause I have been representing my product to you in a way that it doesn't actually work. And please, check holidays in both UK an AU, there were no day offs during test call session, so please don't lie.

I repeat. When you describe your product and what you are selling - you give details, right? Details might be crucial. For example, you say that they are active(which are not) and can be contacted via WA or VoIP(it is up to me to decide which approach I would use according to info you give). As a result, we have that neither they are active, neither can be contacted via WA. That's it, end of story. You give misleading info, never mentioning that the test base I receive has no active users or that use WA, but the original base does(why though?). Test base is just some kind of a useless list of numbers, emails and names?
