My question is not related to a large amount of SPAM, but rather to targeted sending.

What are the recommendations for sending 500-1000 emails per month (a small amount) that are likely to end up in the target INBOX?

Are there any specific recommendations for an SMTP in these amounts or directly use of services like Mailgun.

Bro, you can either set up your own mail server (it only takes 20-30 minutes). The key is to use a trusted domain with traffic. Alternatively, you can work via webmail. Deliverability will be excellent, though it involves a bit more hassle, but you'll get a solid inbox

Use web driver to send emails . For example, you can write a mailer on selenium (I already did it, it worked well for small mailings). Uniqueize each letter as much as possible, use friendly content. It is desirable to send emails from old accounts from 2014. Use AWS servers for hosting pictures, if there are any in your letter . Use Bullet method , everything must be unique . then the inbox coefficient will be high .
