I was wondering how hackers funded their FB ads campaigns
paying with their own money by VCC top up is expensive, so I know they dont do that
linking a stolen cc is not an option neither since Meta got strong anti fraud system

Your best bet is obtaining the logs yourself. The days of genesis are over and a good supplier who is not gonna provide "shit and sticks"- as someone mentioned here earlier, is difficult. So, that poses its own issue.

Search around. Some suppliers here are selling google ads. Read the reviews, judge for yourself. Running a successful campaign takes skill.

I'm not talking about google ads but FB ads

nah not everyone pay fb ads with stolen accts. if the project is good and worth the money than u can run it
