Best Model To Run On VPS To Rewrite Text?

I'm wondering what is a good model that will run on a VPS and doesn't connect to any cloud. It's needed to generate and rewrite text. Translation is not necessary but quality of output should not be retarded. It will only be a small amount of activity and short paragraphs to alter

Try ollama - llama3.2, you can run it locally in the vps and select the model according your system capabilities.
