I have sold and given access to buyer since saturday, he has been enjoying access and downloading docs but refused to release funds. This is 10.3pm tuesday night. I have responded to all his requests even taught him. On tuesday there was server issue on the platform and he couldn't login. I again helped him resolve it promptly but he is sying tht i ave to wait till he onloads 300 documents before he can release my funds. That was not in trade/escrow deal. Pls i want my funds. I hav other customers waiting on me

The seller promised persistent login until I am able to fully download all my document, and for some reasons he his been pestering me to released funds since yesterday when he clearly know that was not our deal. I have all our conversation and all screen shot available as proof. plus today I was going to release the funds base on the fact that we have been able to get to 300 document successfully downloaded out of 580, but all of a sudden the password changed and I told him if the password changed in the middle of a deal shows that they is no need for me to work base on trust. he should wait until I get all my files out which was the initial agreement, I have told him time with out number that I can not be caught going against the forum rules. which is accept good base on buyer and seller agreement and release funds, but if goods are yet to be received as promised to me why should I release my funds? and why is he so worried when he clearly knows today situation was not my fault at all?. I have all our conversation here available as proof

at the same time why is he worried when he clearly know that if the whole thing worked as promised by him, I would be able to get the rest of the item out before time additional time that was requested from me by him elapse?

I never promised to wait till buyer downloads all. Show where i said i will wait till you download all. I said i will be available to ensure you can get access back if even it was revoked. Our deal as written on escrow was to sell you access and provide you provide persistent access. Not to wait for you till you download all. I hav evendedicated time to teach all and attended to your needs. Do i have to wait forever. Now he is trying to change escrow deal that i should wait till he downloads most. Thats not original deal .admin can chek deal and compare with his new demands. It's not fair to me

If I trust you to stay persistent why are we using escrow please?
Did anything happen to the login today?
why do you want me to release the funds when you clearly understand that login can changed before satisfaction is met?
Why did you ask me to send the request of extra time your self if you did not feel I need to download files before releasing funds?

Please kindly answer. because I remember asking you on telegram chat what is the guarantee that login will stay until all files are downloaded. I have a conversation proof. also please read the TERMS above clearly and go back to our telegram conversation also.

Stop trying to be clever, i NEVER said i will wati till you downloaded ANY anount or all files. I have given you FULL access to platform incluing email access to bypass 2fa and to help ou recover login if changed. I have also spent time to teach you and respond to ALL your requests these are our escrow deal and terms which i have fullfilled. So when do i get my moey. Why are you trying hard to use semantics to change original terms of deal.

Admin I'm sorry but i cannot wait any longer, i need my money as i have fully complied with the escrow deal as written on the trade.

Pls note that the buyer has been able to successfully replace password on the platform using the email access given to him according to trade terms. so why delay my moey

mate please kindly respond to the question, If all that we agreed was for you to sell me a login and then I pay you, why Did you ask me to send you a request for additional time?, when as at the time, the login has been given to me and working for 24hours already, you could have request arbitration then but I am the one who keep insisting and letting you know that I will send the deal to arbitration, as much as you was trying to convince me to release the funds, I told you clearly that I will not be caught breaking the rules set my escrow. I have all my evidence. I try to be as reasonable as much as possible. I even try to be reasonable with you after you open arbitration that we do not need to drag too far, you can stay put on the deal since we have up to 20hours before the additional time you requested finish. I told you that remaining amount of time is enough for me to get my remaining items out. but you refuse to do anything about the login you gave me that stopped working, I changed the password and send to you as you initially told me to do, told you the login is still not working. and all you did was ignore my message. now both the email and the portal login are both not working.

Also you keep talking about "as written on the deal", can you tell the Admin how much you want to stay on the deal base on the fact that you promised persistent login?, I remember sending the Deal to you and you said, "okay blah blah blah" and I request you to confirm on the chat if that is what we agreed instead of "okay blah blah blah" and you replied with "Yes confirmed". You did not say you wanted time to exit the trade to be added, because me and you agreed that you will stay persistent on the deal until my documents are gotten out. I have the chats mate. arbitration started almost 20hours ago, which will have given the window for remaining items to be downloaded but you refuse to help any further. so why should I release my funds to you please answer my questions mate. when you keep trying to make me break the forum rules.

Admin i am not aware kogin stopped working. The buyer was able to fix login issues by resetting password himself as descried by me to him. And he has confirmed that it works and has been trying to download as of my last knowledge. All these complications is just his method to elongate the trade again using trick. You have all the you requested for and have severally confirmed it works . You're just seeking a way to have the deal extended as you wish. I never agreed to any promise or deal of waiting till you downloaded ANY amount of documents before concluding trade and i have given you method to login persistently and you also confirmed it. Or you deny all ths?
