Recently when I went to download qtox, I saw that on the github page a notice saying that it is discontinued

This worried me a bit because I think that if there is a security flaw it won't be fixed.
In addition, there is very little variety of clients for tox, there is toxic (cli), utox and qtox, qtox being the best of them in my opinion.
I'd like to know what you guys think, if it's still worth using qtox, at the moment I'm using it inside a whonix so I can stay safer.
