Hello, sorry for posting in the wrong place I couldn't figure out where to ask this question I want to buy a domain and hosting with which I will send emails and it will not be blocked for 1 year, and emails must be delivered Which hosting do you recommend or where can I buy a domain?Or what should I do to ensure that the message reaches the addressee

Just email, not spam? Then any IP not in DNSBL spam databases with proper setup MX in your DNS , plus proper setup DKIM+SPF+DMARC - it's well known "white" way to setup your mail server.
