сторонние магазины на 3 года получат возможность выходить прямо в Play Store.

Что это значит:

— Разработчикам дадут доступ ко всем приложениям из Google Play Store;

— Google больше не смогут предлагать разрабам деньги или льготы за отказ запуска своих приложений в других магазинах;

— Никакой эксклюзивности Google Play Store для конкретных телефонов;

— Также запретили заключать контракты за эксклюзивные релизы;

— Разрешат использовать другие способы оплаты, помимо Google Play Billing - больше драть огромную комиссию не получится;

— Можно будет указывать ссылки на способы загрузки приложений за пределами Play Store.

По данным Reuters, Google планирует обжаловать решение.

I got a bit emotional for reasons I don't want to explain there but I'm stepping out of the discussion. But I will say one thing though: It totally matters. At least that's what America believes in. There will be no sway from that. Is it a question of strategy, pragmatism? I can argue against that but I don't want to. But the second amendment is the greatest deterrent. It was one of the major reasons behind the Revolutionary War's outcome.
I don't know where you are getting your "Western news" from but I suggest in changing the network.)

по сути в логике модерирования приложений ничего не меняется, если лоадер нельзя залить сейчас = х#евый лоадер получается. что уж говорить о том что будет

Unless you're proposing some invasion scenario, the Revolutionary war might as well have been before Christ for comparisons sake. The second amendment is a joke. I don't care how many people are armed

And it's the main reason why democrats try to ban guns, by "overthinking" what the second amendment mean. So, it "won't get to reality" for now, but you have zero guarantee that this will not happen in future
