I wrote a program in C++, but I used nuget package in it. I am looking for a tool or compiler like clang that can obfuscate.
Of course, I know that clang does not have the power to compile C++/Cli

Can anyone guide me?

C++/CLI code compiles to CIL (MSIL) which is JIT compiled by the CLR. For example, you could intercept the compilation pipeline at the CIL level to develop your own CIL obfuscator.
