You can get a vps at kyun[.]host for like $10 a month... If you are seriously broke you can try the port forwarding feature on vscode. It requires you to sign into github but its free and you get a public url.

btw Running rats from a forwarded port on your home network is a terrible idea.

do not port forward from home, that is crazy... use playit .gg or other options commented above
