Hi folks! , little awareness which can be taken noticed to improve our day to day business in our community, Mods and admin of this forum can also consider this discussion.
Web programmers or coders are constantly taking orders from clients, members of this community without completing 70-80% of the orders , or yet delivers the orders late when its almost not needed any more. from my own personal experience payment of the same task has been made to two different web coders of this community which three weeks past but they are constantly searching for orders . mainwhile I'm in dark trying to have my order finish to continue my work. maybe some one can explain better this situation which has been hanging around for ages.
to Mods and admin of this community , its about time something can be done about programmers constantly in search of orders yet they have tons of pending orders to customers in darkness .
another trick i notice they usually do , build their forum reputation alittle with few feedback then request money upfront immediately they take money , now the war begins . please do something to stop this unhealthy behavior and scam tactics , I don't want to mention names but there's one who wasted almost a month of time and in the end couldn't finish the product , in the end he asked me about his time and efforts . all I'm saying is enough with this silly tricks while constantly taking money and not finishing the task they are paid for.
please enough of this , maybe you can share your experience and hopefully the word is sent out there for something to be done about this . I hope my words are well explained.
