How to monetize my slaves?

First of all, don't call other people slaves, this doesn't make you look good and so others may not want to make business with your or even help you after that.
Regarding your question there are bunch of options, for example you could provide distributed services (like ddos / distributed bruteforce or something like that) or you could provide proxy / hvnc services (which can be used as after-tor-exit-proxies for example). If you want one time monetization then you could encrypt their machines and demand a ransom. Yeah I remember you said these are tier 2-3 countries with "useless information" however if that information is useless to you that doesn't mean it is useless to them so it may work. You also may demand like ~300-500 $ from each to make sure they have an ability to pay and at the end of day this is better than nothing. It also worth noting that working in RU / UA / CIS countries is strictly prohibited on this forum.

He used word slaves cuz he had no idea how to translate it probably, but you could use word such as zombie, or infected computers to be more clean I guess.

Useless message
"slaves" mean infected PCs/ victims, not slaves literally
Nobody is paying ransom
I didnt say anything about CIS countries

Seems very aggressive you know. You don't have to oppose me since I simply tried to give you some ideas i.e. help you, in this context yours assessments are "useless", to you in the first place since it shows aggressiveness towards those who trying to help you and this obviously doesn't work good for your public image. But I got your manners so lemme correspond:

I didnt say anything about CIS countries
And? It was just a note and reminder that's it but hey mate, I will probably surprise you but it's not necessary to say anything about something to get it in the answer and I will say anything I consider reasonable in the context of the topic. Anyway, you didn't define what "Tier 2-3 countries" supposed to mean either. It could mean countries by income ofcourse but it also could mean second world countries as well. So in the second case my note is perfectly reasonable cos CIS countries are literally second world countries. It's also reasonable in the first case scenario too cos once again it was just a reminder while your point is completely misplaced.
