1. Automatic Customs Clearance (100% clearance) - How does it work?
Customs authorities in European sea terminals use a variety of methods to select containers for inspection, including risk-based targeting and random selection.
While it’s notorious that just a small percentage of containers are selected for further inspection, this does not represent a reliable estimate of the probability that your container will be one of them. In fact, the probability, today, is worryingly higher, due to the drastic improvements that these algorithms are undergoing.
Our clearance procedures completely eliminate that risk.
If your container is selected for inspection, it will be automatically cleared in the customs systems – meaning it will pass inspection, without ever going through one.
Our service will significantly impact your operations, positively, of course. Increased efficiency and reliability, reduced risk, management expenses and points of failure, to name just a few aspects.
2. Intelligence (information on containers) - How does it work?
⏱ Additionally, our capabilities allow us to provide reliable intelligence, in near-real time.
All parameters and documents related to your queried containers will be provided to you within 6* hours. The amount of information may vary based on the terminal. Generally, status and location on-terminal (and history), PIN, seals, b&l and transport order documents are always available.
3. Re-assignment of pick-up rights
As a consequence of the two services mentioned above, we can also help our customers pick-up any container.
