Is there a file sharing provider with which you can make direct download links and which is suitable for spreading malware? Or should you create your own server? If so, can anyone recommend a tool that is easy to set up?

You can use Filebin, it makes u possible to create a container with files for 5 days, each of the file can be downloaded via a direct link. The only thing is that it does not allow you to download exe files... but if they are in the archive, then there will be no problems.
